Appeal: Serious assault, Lincoln Central Bus Station

Detectives are investigating a report that an 18-year-old man is alleged to have been assaulted outside of the Bus Station in Lincoln on Saturday 3 October.

The assault is believed to have taken place sometime between 11.10pm and 11.20pm. It is alleged that an altercation took place involving a man who was sitting on the concrete blocks outside the Bus Station. A second man reportedly approached him, picked up an object from the ground and struck him in the face, causing injury.

We would like to speak with the man in these photos as we believe he might have vital information about the moments leading up to the alleged assault.

He is described as having dark coloured hair similar to a ‘mullet style’. He’s a white man, wearing a white t-shirt, grey colour jeans and trainers.

We appreciate that the images are unclear. This is a serious offence, and we are committed to pursuing all available lines of enquiry to identify those responsible.
